5. Governments encourage for 2 reasons – one because its good for the economy to arrest a pothead and drag them through court and give them fines to pay, and two its easier for politicians to talk bullshit to a bunch of stoneers who will just follow like sheep
Except now, they’re thinking they can make money by regulating and taxing it. So a really bad economy may end up being the impetus for marijuana reform. I think I read, in this past week, that Obama has said that the Feds will not go after people in States, where medical marijuana is legal and have an rx. It’s a start.
