Not necessarily dollars. The Euro is just as commonly used nowadays under the Y.E. designation.
Though this looks more of an offensive tool to me. Mount it on a chain, get some momentum…those vandals would never see it coming.

Probably because this would hold up to the old “cut the strap off, and snatch the purse” trick, but not necessarily the “Trip the lady, snatch the purse and bolt.” ploy…
Big difference.
Cause it doesn’t really make the box any harder to steal, but much more difficult to break, I suppose.
