I see “The Princess Bride” book on your list. It’s the unabridged version, right? That’s the only way to read it. Oh, and 30 here.
September 16, 2009 at 5:02 pm
Happy Birthday, tiki. I hope it’s your best one yet.
You have an amazing website here. There are some incredible people who hang out here and they have enriched my internet browsing experience significantly. I hope you can appreciate what a fantastic community you have fostered with a simple image posting website.
I can’t promise much in the way of gifts, as my wife & I are trying to develop our home business right now and we’re pretty broke, though I’ve never been happier. I can probably donate enough to buy you a beer, though.
So anyway, party like you stole something, and enjoy yourself.
I’m 32, by the way.

Well tiki, since you asked…
My home business is a soy candle company called Eco-Scents (NOT Eco-Scent, those are some other silly people). I make scented soy candles that schools, day cares, churches, sports teams, etc. sell for fundraising. I also have independent salespeople who sell them for me. I also sell a line of scented candles for gamers called Geek Reek.
I’ve been fiddling with it for about five years, but my wife just quit her job at a law firm to work full time on the business. I haven’t been this poor in years, but I’ve never been so happy. We’ve had so many great opportunities open up for us, I know we’re going to be successful.
So anyway,
I left you a few bucks for a beer, hope you have a great day tomorrow.
September 16, 2009 at 8:27 pm
I’m 33, and when I get paid next I’ll throw a few bucks your way… but for the love of pete!!! Show us what you look like.

Happy Birthday, Tiki.
I’d donate some of the Heechee books if I could, I have them all sitting next to me right now. Maybe next time I’m home in GA we’ll have to meet halfway as Uncle Sam still isn’t funding me enough to travel like I would like.
And…24.
