She’s clearly overweight. You can see it in her arms and fingers, though honestly, my fingers look like that from arthritis (http://www.skincareguide.ca/images/glossary/psoriatic_arthritis.jpg). I don’t think she’s chubby enough to have that belly though. She looks very pregnant to me.
