A faucet should never be positioned in such a way that you may bump your hand on the interior of the sink. I cannot stand trying to wash my hands when it is nearly impossible to not touch the inside of the sink. Its just wrong damnit.

@ RSIxidor: I totally agree, the sinks at my former school had the taps about 1 inch away from the sinks and it was nearly impossible to wash your hands without rubbing them against the sink.
I do love the sink here though, more for aesthetics than practicality.
