The most important thing that we can take away from this is to know that “if shelter is not available, lie flat in a ditch or other low-lying area. Do not get under an overpass or bridge. You are safer in a low, flat location.”
This is the best piece of “Cyber Security” advice I’ve ever heard, thank god I can protect not only myself, but also those closest to me.
