Democracy at its finest
complete freedom as long as you stay where the government puts you

Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others.

I love stuff like this from the Belle Epoch!
You know, we could all ruin the lives of the rich and privileged by declaring bankruptcy en masse. We’d be out of debt and they’d be all committing suicide. Viva la revolution!

its becuase the military still can take the rich people everything they have and gave it to someone else if the other 2 above him gives him the rigths to do it. rich people just look pretty for the picture, but they normally dont have any real power over the other three blocks.
and yep capitalism at its best.

This is an old poster for the IWW. They are currently working at organizing Starbucks and Wal-Mart…among others. The Wobblies never really went away.

Capitalism sucks and there is currently no true democracy to be found anywhere in the world.

The reason the military is above is listed on the poster – “We shoot at you”
The military in the Gilded Age were used widely to protect private property – i.e. to shoot striking workers.
