Actually both.
2 pounds of drained ricotta cheese
1 ½ cup of confectioner’s sugar
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Damn tasty too.

filled with cheese? No thanks. I don’t like foods that cross salty with sweet. In my mind there is a continuum, you don’t cross it!
