probably all the depicted, and parmegianno. only cheese i dont care for is this norwegian kind which is basically just really old cheese that has rotted, and also cheese that isnt cheese, like you have in the civilized world(those single wrapped pieces of salty rubber with a faint cheese aroma).
hey hey hey we do have other types than rotten cheese you know. must of us hate that s*** too :P. Norvegia and Jarlsberg are fairly mild and tasteful, try those next time.. I also love Brie, but that’s not Norwegian though ;P. If you’re ever in Sweden, try the (correct me if im wrong) HushÃ¥lsost, very mild, very melt-able… and the Gräddost!
I love fresh cheese… those in the picture are great, but the flavor of fresh cheese is something else. I get it where I live and it is incomparable to that nasty plastic cheese that Brushaway is talking about
I love cheese. I love a nice stilton and honey baguette. The stinkier the better. I recommend Portuguese cheese, there are amazing stuff down there, not very well known
I love cheeeeeeeeese. I am part italian so I am obsessed with Mozzarella. I also enjoy Pepper Jack, Feta and brie. I’d try any type of cheese, except those really stinky cheeses.

flyingcat : im norwegian, so yeah i know those 🙂 the disgusting kind is the “gamalost”, havent seen it in shops lately actually. but it looks like blue-mold cheese gone very very wrong. Its like..black. Looks like they havent added the bacteria carefully like with bluemold (or whatever its called), looks like they just like..left it somewhere nasty for a few months.
Provolone is my favorite in sandwiches. But I am quite fond of Havarti and Brie and most others. But I can’t eat as much as I’d like, or my stomach gets upset and I start to smell bad.

I’m french and a lot of these cheeses look familiar to me. 🙂
My favourite is the white one with blue dots in it (we call it “Bleu d’Auverne”, the “Auvergnan Blue”).
I love cheese, particularly the really sharp kind, I also like really solid cheese, not so much the mushy stuff

Venezuelan Beaver Cheese!
NY Aged extremely sharp cheddar, gouda (w/ rice crackers), and of course…velveeta. 😉
