Man, that’s a tough one… what are those indeed!
If only he had told you in the title of the post. But even the, how would you find out about them? If only we were connected to an information superhighway that allowed people to get answers to their questions by typing a few words…

That’s a really nice design. It looks like you’re using 14ga 1″ ID rings, is that right?

nice… bit like “overkill” though, on that small plant. But then what do I know, it might grow to be huge!!!

Yes they do grow fast. And reproduce like you wouldn’t believe. I have about 10 of them in 6 pots in my apartment right now, from 2 original plants. I have given away many and am planning to give away all but 3 at my neighbor’s yard sale tomorrow. The one on my desk right now has about 40 offspring hanging off of it (quick estimate).
Neat hanging arrangement but the plant will outgrow it in a few months.
