Most recent design rendering I could find. I like how, if you look closely, several of the floors are vacant.

…minus the “built” part, yeah… ;-p
That thing was deemed a structural impossibility, designed by a guy that has never designed anything over 5 stories tall.
Bonus points for “oooo, shiny” though, don’t you think?

Agreed…
You’d think they would have built their monument to that effect by now…just goes to show…

WTH is freedom, anyways? I mean, it used to mean something back when the world wasn’t one big panopticon, but nowadays?

Why can’t they just rebuild the old towers to look exactly like they used to? Then they can stop editing them out of movies made prior to the attacks. Really, the only people who shouldn’t be over this are the people who ACTUALLY LOST SOMEONE in the attacks that day.
It’s weird. There are people out there who know no one who has ever lived in New York, yet they burst into tears every time they glance at the clock at 9:11 (AM or PM). Not as many as there were a few years back, but you know they’re out there.

i tottally agree with rebuilding the old towers, it would be a symbol to both us and those who want to hurt us. you can bloddy our nose but you will NOT keep us down or intimidate us. plus dedicate the cornerstone of the rebuilt towers to those who lost their lives that day(- the retards who believed they would get into heaven by killing 1000s of innocent men, women and children.)
