Some are 70s, some are 70s+80s…
Some are even older than that. Charlie Brown, for instance…
Hell, Herculoids were originally from the 60’s!
Most, if not all, Hannah-Barbera cartoons there aren’t from the 80’s, that also goes for The Super Friends and other popular shows that were just re-runs during the 80’s.
I guess it’s what people that grew up in 80s watched.
I cannot locate any Fraggle Rock (1983-1987)references.

Trying to find the bigger cartoons of the 80s: Transformers, Gobots, Captain Harlock, Robotech, and Galaxy Rangers… nope! Don’t see them anywhere.
