Well I know this crew. Had I not said it. Somebody examining the pics under a microscope would have noticed I was running second life, and was wearing a tail. I figured i’d just steal the fun and go ahead and say it outright. But whatever. If you think i’m just after attention then don’t indulge me and don’t comment then. I was /majorly/ bored at work when I submitted this, and just submitted stuff I thought would be interesting. After the ferrets you’ll only have to endure one more submission from me then you’ll be done with the stuff I did 2 months ago.

No. Not SLI. the 2 22″s are on a single 9800GT. The 17″ on top is actually hooked to a 1U rackmount machine that’s behind the crap that replaced my old dying firewall. The 1600sw is hooked to the o2, The fuel isn’t hooked up at all right now until I do some fan mods to make it not so damn loud, and the origin 2400 only gets turned on when i’m cold.

Second life. But I don’t do much there anymore except build random crap. Don’t even really associate with other furries much. I’ve had a pretty low tolerance for drama these last few years.

What is SGI? sounds and looks like a relic…
Silicon Graphics, its what most 3d rendering used to be done on. thats prolly a $150,000 box (or more, when it was new) they run IRIX a proprietary version of UNIX. hell alias wavefront10 for irix was about 10k iirc…

My origin 2400 never did rendering. It lived life as an ICQ DB agent machine before it was surplused and I drove to atlanta and saved it from the scrap pile.

Just your eyes. The TV was off. The screen finish is kind of matte, so what your seeing is the reflection of the opposite wall in the room. Tall rectangle is a door, the one in the top center is the painting hanging over the couch, the ones in the lower right are the monitors in the previous pics.
