I’m guessing its from one of the Marvel vs. Capcom games. At first, I was going to say X-men: Children of the Atom, but Cable and Marrow weren’t in that version.

This is all the Street Fighter charachters who are playable in Marvel vs Capcom 2. Both Cable and Marrow had their first appearance here. Colossus, Psylocke and Ice Man were only an assist charachters in MVC1, so in way it was their first appearance as well.
So, yeah, this is definitely Marvel vs Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes artwork.
