Willemstad, Curacao. Great little town, awesome island! My wife and I honeymooned there last year. I highly recommend Curacao. If you go, rent a car so you can drive all over the island.

be careful how you say “all”. drive in the wrong street and you can get a bullet in your head.

it’s so bad the police even get killed also.
Also where people stab each other for a piece of chicken.

I guess I’ll pass on the chicken then.

So it’s little little little Italy basically.

Are you joking? You ever been there? I had a hard time finding weed there, much less any crime-ridden areas. You must be mistaken.

dude half my family comes from curacao. i’ve been there more times than the amount of you watching “24″ the series.

every island is like that. usually tourist only notice the good things but if they overstay too long you’ll manage to see things you want to see. of course with logic sense will give you a chance to prevent most crimes. but for example if you pull a big chain around your next flashing gold or what not or you pull out your wallet thick full of money. there is always someone watching you. even yachts get targeted by thieves. if you even cross the gang rural areas you are just asking them to take all your valuables and put a bullet between your eyes. think something like the wire? but they have their guns shown. the jail is full already. so do the math. BUT it’s a WONDERFULL island for sightseeing and going on the beaches and honeymoon.

looks like a pretty great place to go, it really doesn’t look like there could be a lot of crime there.

Curacao is practically on the equator. Way south of the hurricane belt. Since stats have been kept, Carucao has never experienced landfall of anything classified higher than a tropical depression.
