Why are they all carrying AK’s?
They are ISF Romanian troops. Their main battle rifle is the Kalishnikov. The only one not carrying a Kalishnikov is the American soldier in the ACU camo. You can clearly see his M4.

But anyway, Romanians use Hummers?
Yes, Romania uses Humvees. As do a few NATO allies.
