Just like Batman isn’t from Spanish and doesn’t bang Catherine Zeta Jones, he was still inspired by Zorro. Moon Knight was inspired by Batman, they are not identical obviously, that would be Plagiarism not inspiration. Besides I like Moon Knight.

Well, it is a fair criticism, to a point, and MK is much richer than I remember, but fights crimes because he used to be a very bad person, along with thinking that he is an avatar of justice, not out of a need for revenge for dead parents. He’s also bug fucking nuts, while, in comparison, Batman is just a little screwed up. There are a lot of similarities, but way more differences.

This kinda raped my teenage years of collecting Moon Knight. I don’t remember him being this violent.
Also I never thought of him as a Batman rip-off either.

Yeah the rip off was too extreme, I know, hyperbole lol. But Batman isn’t a “little screwed up”, Batman is actually really fucked up in many ways, he’s probably crazier that The Joker himself.
