  1. I think the second option is a consequence of the first.

  2. @dieAntagonista: That is word for word EXACTLY what I was gonna say. STOP READING MY THOUGHTS!

  3. @dieAntagonista:
That statement is all kinds of awesome. I cannot agree more.

  4. If the second option is a consequence of the first, the word between the options would’ve been “and”. Well, if the author had meant to convey what dieAntagonista thinks. I doubt science will be the end of us. Knowledge is never bad/evil.

  5. @Vrik: Knowledge>Power>Corruption

  6. @Vrik:

No way. I would have never thought of that. That’s why I said, “I think”, because it’s my opinion. And I don’t think science will be the end of us either, just that if you want to save the world you would have to kill the humans off first. Way to misinterpret my entire statement.

  7. Oh and how bloody naive is that. So that means if the right maniac had access to weapons of mass destruction, he could not harm anyone. Because obviously he has to be knowledgeable to know how to handle them. Jesus.
Naturally, knowledge isn’t evil, not directly. Fucking duh.

  8. Just because you have a nuke/marburg bomb/stone burner doesn’t mean you know how to use it correctly. That’s why you have minions that do, and that you can point at later and blame for the problem, swiftly followed by public execution and a huge boost in popularity.

    Win/Win.
