@thelotuseater725: Out of everything I believe in Krakens. I believe sailors saw them during long trips at sea, throughout history and wrote about them. Because like you said, their is reasonable scientific proof. I'd like to think Sausquach does too, but zero 100% reasonable proof.

@JazzyJazzyJazzHands: I think it is more likely that sea serpents are an undiscovered species of Fish or Reptile. I mean good god how long have we known about the Colossal squid? If the kraken folklore is truthful you are talking about hundreds maybe thousands of years.the first official sighting was in 1925. We didn't get live pictures of one until 2007. It took us 85 years of research and dumb luck to discover the thing. And the one we found was a juvenile, we have not seen a live fully grown adult. To assume that we have discovered everything there is, it's just stupid as hell.

I love cryptozoology, from the batshit insane theories to the stuff that actually could exist. It’s a shame that the batshit insane theories get the most play on television.

The leopard seal always reminded me of a plesiosaur, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a seal cryptid roaming the oceans giving people the illusion that it is a sea serpent. The longest sea monster is a Cadborosaurus willsi and the smallest one I think is a “trident tailed sea serpent”.
