More people die every year from aspirin related deaths. It's a war on cognitive freedom. All arguments as to whether or not decriminalizing it are irrelevant. You cannot keep making innocent people criminals because you like the idea of keeping a nonsense ban in effect. Laws are always less than perfect solutions, and this is one that just creates problems for honest people. It’s the most fascist law in our country.
