People these days wear rings on all fingers. I remember one time I visited my best friend at her parents’ Chinese restaurant. And I wore a ring on my middle finger because it was too big for my ring finger. So her mother greets me, looks at my hands and then she whispers something to my friend in Chinese. Later on she told me that her mother said it means very bad luck to wear a ring anywhere except on your ring finger and that she doesn’t want to see me around their restaurant if I don’t take it off.

Chinese mothers are fucking intimidating. She has nice legs though.
