Since lying on the internet is futile, I’m not going to act like I do. The glowing red sky and ash clouds billowing above came straight from my own imagination, so my current score should be divided by the meaning of life. Which is to say, of course, 42.
My only guess to why there’s a priced menu is that it was a cafeteria for visitors and/or staff… Unfortunately the one place I didn’t get any good pictures of were the basement: a few dozen rooms, bare concrete, exposed piping (most of it leaking now) – but all the rooms down there were numbered, so I can only assume they were used as rooms for the inmates.
I must do a return trip.

I’m just patiently waiting for the next issue about the murder of one of the refugees. and how medical supplies are diminishing.
