    That’s not a black widow. Black widows are much bigger. This looks more like a small black beetle.

    @casemods: If they’re smaller than that, then they’re males which means they’re not even half as venomous as when it were a female. Not dangerous at all.

    @dieAntagonista: We see some around our house when we move stuff sometimes, and we see females smaller then this…we know they are females because they only care about money…I mean because they have the red x

    casemods is right, the smaller females are everywhere especially in places where there isn’t abundant food sources like when i lived in Cali. If you got bit by the small females(red on chest) and didn’t treat it immediately(since the pain so incredible most people know to go to the hospital) you will die in the next few days. That guy is handling a male if it is a widow.
