  1. The AVP_Chess one was already my wallpaper. Now it’s the AVP_Pool one. Thanks!

  2. I like my intergalatic battles between two feared extraterrestrial beings to be sophisticated, too.

  3. What are these ads for?

  4. @Nannerpuss:
Cable TV showing of AVP, in Australia, IIRC.

  5. Also, what the fuck are they playing in the first pic?

  6. @RSIxidor: It’s a tetherball sort of game, one player tries to get the ball to the top of that screw bit on the pole and the other player tries to make it to the bottom…

All in all, one of the more insipid ways to waste time outside, they need to bring back lawndarts.

  7. Look at them, now. They play together so well!

  8. @Marrock: But lawn darts are too dangerous! You could put an eye out w/ one.

  9. @nyokki: That’s usually when it’s just starting to be fun.

  10. @RSIxidor: The actual product was called Zim Zam. Heh I got and gave a few black eyes playing this game. late 70s.
@nyokki: Where do you think the Pirates recruit nowadays?
