Poor taste. The Muppets were always on the cool side of innocence. Seeing them drawn like this is unsettling.
Kermit was at the end of his rope. If he didn’t do it, the mob would have done it. He’s in for 64 grand, and then there was Miss Piggy’s coke habit that led her to prostitution, and all the racism and discrimination against greens. Losing his job due to bad economy was the last straw. So he unlocked the bottom drawer in his desk, took out the gun, and bade this cruel world farewell.
BANG!
Then he woke up with a start, covered in sweat. He looked to his side, saw Miss Piggy sleeping soundly.
“It was all just a dream…” he croaked in the indifferent darkness. “Just a dream.”
