The Ninja-Dog is clearly hiding in the curtains, the visible one is merely a clever ruse.

This is, in fact, a double deception, as this dog is not actually here. It is a shadow clone intended to deceive you, as the real ninja dog prepared to bite your head off from behind as part of a Ninja canine Bunshin no jutsu training exercise…
