  7. Hubby saved all his stuff for our sons, now they’re saving them for their kids. Actually we still have all of them here.

  8. So this is official and Calvin does grow up and pass on the proverbial torch? I’ve seen the image before but just thought it was a fan fic, but if the little girl has a name… (I could Google but I’m feeling the love here, so you peoples will be better at filling me in than the cold tones of wikipedia)

  11. the only fanmade Calvin and Hobbes homage I ever liked, or thought poignant, was the one where he’s taking Ritalin… lookie here. 2 reasons being that it has redeeming social value like the strip itself did, and they just inserted dialogue into existing strip clips. everything else is in the same echelon as Calvin peeing on something. Which he should be doing to all this fanart.

  13. Its official, someone has to kidnap Bill Watterson and make him start this strip back up. Was always a highlight of my day to read this strip, especially the Sunday ones.

Thats one of the most depressing damn comics I’ve ever seen.

I’ve seen another picture of Calvin and his daughter, where she was running up to him excitedly telling him what she had done that day, holding a beat up old tiger doll, and I thought it was a stand alone picture, but if there are more of these I want to find them now. As opposed to that depressing ritalin one, these ones just seem so hopeful and as many have said before, my eyes are getting watery.
