looks like a puppy.
This picture needs something next to the dog so we can do a size comparison. Or just put him on a scale and take pics.

Could be a thyroid problem. My rot/shepard got up to 135 lbs before he was diagnosed.

Each square on the floor is 1 sqft. This dog is Marmaduke.

@nyokki: close, the tiles on the floor are 4″x4″=16sq in
also the white tiles on wall are 2″x2″, so the dog is approx. 30″ tall. not marmaduke.

Bulky dogs are great. You can pat their backs or bellies with enough force to knock the wind out of a small child.
