Rolfing is a type of deep tissue massage. It can be extremely painful, but the benefits a re terrific!

I used to have a GP that was a DO, and she did deep tissue massaging. She said I had to very careful though because it can cause a lot of pain (not being done quite right) and/or simply move the pain from one area to another.

i have actaully been to a rolfer and I recommend t to anyone. it is fantastic. Just imagine a deep tissue massage and multiply that by 100%. It is intense and extremely therapeutic.
