This is actually some random dude pictured at a Vortex rave in South Africa. He became a marketing excersise to see how quickly someone can be made famous… His persona is Vernon Koekemoer
Check out ramboguy.co.za/ to see everything they’ve done to the poor guy. Much of the joke is in Afrikaner culture (he is made out to be a very extreme example of our version of a redneck).
