It’s Mt. Rushmore, that’s the Creature from the Black Lagoon, and these are indicators that this is not meant to be taken entirely seriously –if the unicorn & the ducks didn’t already tip you off.

At least one person’s told me that the artist started the whole “Obama on a Unicorn” thing as a lark and there are several such paintings out there.
