this seems comptelely practical to mass produce and put all over the world.
February 17, 2009 at 9:18 am
This won’t happen. It’s just not practical. Plus, unlike traditional racks, someone like me could just come up and close all the empty ones (because I hate cyclists so very much).

I love how the next evolution of many things is to make it vertical. It’s like, “hey we’re wasting all this space up here guys”
February 17, 2009 at 3:57 pm
Why?
You need bikes to locked vertically, then you put a rail on a wall, and put the lock through the front of the frame.
You don’t put it in a god damn wardrobe.

@AlecDalek,
I’ll forgive you for your hatred, I love cycling and all the benefits it provides for the earth and myself!

I love the fact that it’s free, and if I come up to traffic I can just get up on the curb and keep going,because I don’t give a damn for pedestrians.
Hoo-ah.

Is it just me, or does this not look like an interesting way to execute someone? I mean really, look at those spikes! Just waiting to impale some poor unfortunate schlub…

It’s just me isn’t it… :/

You could impale someone…
…actually, if you did it properly you could impale both nuts of someone!
hmmm…
