Easy, you make one colour, chill it, make the next on top of it, chill so that’s hard as well. at least that is the explanation i’ve read several places. Sounds like it could work.

But the way you make jello is by adding the mixture to boiling water. Which would melt the layer below it. Which means they would mix, and we’d end up with a tub of brown jello.

unless you don’t add the next layer until the mix isn’t boiling hot anymore?
wouldn’t that have a tendency to create “skins” though, in your jello?

Oh, interesting tidbit, jello is made from the skins and bones of among other animals, pigs. Have a delicious snack Muslims and Jews.
