Cycle lane, not a handicap lane, you can tell by the way there’s a picture of a bicycle, not a wheelchair.
Not paying attention to the blocks comment, you can tell because he hasn’t noticed that you’ll be handicapped after you run your bike into them, no a cyclist.

There are worse ones. All cycle lanes have to end somehow, at least with that one there’s another to join fairly easily, and given that it’s brand new (from the look of the paint) it’s likely that it’ll be merged properly later on.

That bicycle is actually a bicycle mixed with a wheelchair. You can tell because of the wheelchair components on the back wheel. That is why it is a handicapped bicycle track.

The “wheelchair component” on the back wheel is in fact a wheel clamp. In other words; park your bike here and it’s gonna get fucked up.

Whatever it is, it’s fucked up. It looks like some kind of weird mix of bicycle/wheelchair. I guess it’s ok as long as they don’t want to get married.
Handicapped people are always taking advantage of the system. Now they can ride bikes? What’s next? Skateboards?
I used to know this handicapped guy, used to ride around in a wheelchair with a front bicycle wheel, with a bike chain attached to hand pedals, so he could steer and pedal with his hands at the same time… I think this lane is for him… Bicyclewheelchairs FTW!
