Breaking the law, breaking the law
January 25, 2009 at 6:07 pm
See.. call me cynical, but I’d have put “caution, sewage outlet” on the sign. That would keep the kids off my damn pipe.
January 25, 2009 at 6:10 pm
I hear it’s hard for some people to stay off the pipe.
January 25, 2009 at 6:17 pm
Since they are not playing on AND around the pipe at any given time, they are not breaking the law.. or the sign is just a grammar fail.
January 25, 2009 at 6:20 pm
Cant lay off the pipe huh. Well, rules were meant to be broken.
January 25, 2009 at 6:34 pm
I’d hate to see what’s really in there right now. All I can see is some trash maybe…

Well the pipe is open on land. So being the beach person that I am, I surmise this is a dredge discharge hose. They dredge my harbor and ruin the sand at the surf breaks. Fuckers!

Grease it or electrify it. Either way it would be fun to watch.

Nuthin’ like good enforcement.

@Puulaahi: electrify it? an electric pipe in water…

@sailboats: Discharge as in sediment discharge.

@Timmay72: electrify ? hold up a sec. look at the picture and think about it…

Yep, it’s a dredge tube. And I have yet to see anybody obey a sign like that around these parts.
January 25, 2009 at 10:30 pm
If there were no sign… the owner would get sued!!!

…And so continues the illiteracy of American children.

Puulaahi: Sorry, I intended on quoting the guy below you Timmay72.

But the sign says nothing about playing IN the pipe. If you can fit inside the pipe then WIN!
