This is not from Space 1999, Mack is right, this is the moon base from “UFO” the British Sci-Fi Series that ran in the 70s.
Incidentally one of the creators of this series also did the similarly themed puppet series “Thunderbirds” and also “Space: 1999″, (which I personally liked the best) I think the similarity in feel of all of the sets (including the puppet series) may have been a result of this…
