Z boards are pretty full of fail, if the extra keys were on the left hand side of the keyboard it might be more useful.

For you southpaws like me get a Z-Board FANG. A extra smaller keyboard for lefties and righties. ALOT better than this board.

@Nimbo: The counterstrike fascia has the keys on the left, and so do quite a few others. The keys are on the right for the WoW one because that’s where the numberpad and arrows keys that you use for WoW are.
@SteamUserNotSet: You buy one keyboard that works with loads of fascias that work with loads of games. The fascias are interchangeable.

G15+mx518 is pretty ideal as Shanghai factor said. Z-boards seem like a gimic to me. I have better things to waste my money on.
Nah. IBM model M keyboard FTW. clakety clakety clakety. I have one from the early 90’s that still works great.
They aren’t dishwasher safe like modern membrane keyboards though.
You miss the point, it’s not whether or not it has useless extra keys, it’s the fact it’s a pathetic product targeted at pathetic fanatics of a pathetic game.
And I take it that someone that needs extra keys for something designed to be played with a normal keyboard pretty much fails at PC gaming.
That’s like a console gamer that needs 1 and a half N64 controller to play Goldeneye 007.
Ooh, I didn’t know there are dishwasher-safe keyboards now. Next time I spill my coffee on mine, I’m going to look into those.
My bro-in-law got this keyboard for free somehow. After trying it out, I’m inclined to agree with everything Dreth just said, excluding the last “pathetic”. Trading my number-pad for some buttons that perform functions already accomplished by two keystrokes on the letter keys is a non-starter.
