Those are completely normal earrings. You can see that if you look at how the ear doesn’t go around the ring on the lower half.
I think she’s drop dead gorgeous. The only problem I have gauged earlobes is when it’s a 60 year old very gay guy. ewww
I would marry her and grow old living a fulfilled life less ordinary of travel and experiences. Or, y’know, ask her if she’d like to go for coffee or something conventional.

@dieAntagonista: Look close. You can see all the way through to see the curve of the tunnel if you look on the top right 1/3 of the tunnel. And you can’t see the skin below due to the angle she’s holding her head at and the width of the lips of the tunnels.
She’s pretty.
