That’s on later models. I haven’t replaced the battery on his yet, and I still get about 3 hours of solid working.

Well. I don’t want to turn off my laptop right now. And I don’t want to expose my processor.

BUT

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1300. It is old, but it’s still relatively good, it’s as fast and as powerful as a model this old can be, because I can do things like this to it.

I.e., I can easily access the processor, and I can replace it with relative ease.

@LukeV1-5: Replacing RAM and HDD is easy on a Mac, I've done both on my iBook. I call bullshit on your claim on replacing the processor on a laptop without tearing apart the case. Pics or it didn't happen.

I own both Mac and PC.

PC is for writing papers and playing games.

Mac is for editing movies and browsing the internet.

Both rule. I have Windows XP so my PC doesn’t suck.
