Made the whole thing difficult to take seriously. Plus The Dark Knight's third act (aka "Tiny Lister Saves the Day") is a fucking mess, but Ledger's presence engenders a lot of goodwill, apparently. So far the 90s animated series was the only one to strike a perfect balance between Wayne's playboy voice and Batman's disguised voice. @HoChunk: Bale’s “cowl growl” voice in both Batman movies was laughable.
