i do not get why anybody would put butterfly or scissor doors on their fucking Honda civic or Toyota corolla. It’s like putting a spoiler on a smart car. IT DOESN’T FUCKING MAKE IT FASTER.
C’mon Lotus, everybody knows that spoilers, stickers, and neon lights DO make the car faster.

This is sad! Why would you dump $20,000 into a honda when you could buy a nice BMW that performs better then any honda, even after you add $20,000 worth of spoilers and stickers
The problem is that most cars aren’t designed to have scissor doors, so they come out a bit then up, and it looks dumb.
If you look at the murcielago, the area in front of the door is curved to allow it to rotate straight up.
I do sometimes wish my G had the scissors though, makes for easy entry and exit. (especially since lambos have very long doors)
