I just tried a few. Seems like self-hypnosis. You get the power of suggestion by reading the description, and then you listen to white noise in line with the kind of effect you want to experience. It was very easy for me to break the spell by doing something anything except listening passively, and when I listened to one without reading its description (I chose one without an obvious name) it just confused me. So it kinda works if you’re into it, but it’s not going to replace anyone’s drug habit.

I got a torrent of this and tried a couple of them. For the most part they are just annoying but when I listened to the Hash one I did so with my headphones on and my laptop on my chest.

I wound up passing out and waking up with the laptop closed and underneath me. I was sober before listening, so that was definitely a result of some kind. Nothing to write home about though.

i downloaded a rip and i tryed it and nothing happend and then i did it when i was high and it just made my eyes roll back and twitch…. it was weird…
