That.. by the way is a Kenerak.. a motley lookin catfish… good eating.

    Catfish is flaky kinda like grouper. Not nearly as tasty as grouper, but damn tasty none the less.

    @Puulaahi: Perhaps, but I have never had creamy salmon either. In fact, I have never cared for salmon. I much prefer swordfish.
