I was watching the second one on tv one nigt, and actually thanked my mom when she told me to go to bed. (at the time we didn’t have cable so there was nothing else on.) I couldn’t figure out why it was in black and white either.

@...RepairmanJackX: I’m 26. So what if it was an homage to other films? Doesn’t mean it wasn’t still shitty. Quentin Tarantino = the most overrated film director/producer of our age.

@...RepairmanJackX: How about: A History of Violence, 300, Batman Begins, Gladiator, Pan’s Labyrinth, The Bourne Trilogy, Casino Royale, The Matrix…

I’d agree with several of those films (Batman and Gladiator are exceptionally good). Although most are fairly recent. Both Kill-Bills harken back to the shows and films 60s and 70s.

Sorry you think Kill Bill “sucks” but I found it both enjoyable and well-made. traptin85 there did not make a very good case for agreeing with you that it “sucked”

M. Night Shamalyn is a far more overratted director.
