Yeah that’s exactly what I wanted to say. Obesity has nothing to do with being American you idiot. If you have visited any other countries you’d know that.

245lbs the day I got out of bootcamp. Ship’s martial arts team(where I got the nickname Sumo)Topped out at 285, then pared down to current 240.Yeah there is some padding but I still pick up and move around 300lb compressors and components by hand on a regular basis at work.

#1 son is 6′2″ and around 210lbs. He could stand to lose maybe 10lbs but I certainly wouldn’t consider him fat.
