All the way from Boulder, Colorado, to Glasgow, Scotland. I am quite happy. It’s bloody delicious too! Damnit, now I need to get her something better… than Apple Pie mailed to me on a whim. She’s incredible, I’m so damn lucky.

I haven’t ever eaten the real thing. If my schedule holds I will be in Scotland this summer and will definitely give it a go.
I have not had any problems eating stomach and organs before (very common in Germany), so I am expecting that will be tasty.
