    This is Budapest, Margaret Island. Taken in the last 2-3 years as the extention on the top is new.

    This is actually a scene from the movie “Ulysse’s Gaze” by Theo Angelopoulos. The scene of the dismembered statue of Lenin going down the river, after communism, while people line up to watch is quite striking.
