I know it says the release dates are in Dec/Jan, but they’re actually done and have been screened, at least to some degree. There was a review in my university’s newspaper about both of them a few weeks ago
The irony inherent in the face of a communist revolutionary being capitalized upon in the form of t-shirts and posters sold to stupid teens who think they are deep (while having no idea what he did or stood for) amuses me everytime I see one.
I think the fact that a man who was a relative failure as a revolutionary who died ignobly and whose aims were questionble at best is hailed as some kind of avatar/god and is deified in the most capitalistic fashion…well, it’s just shits and giggles for me.
