I’m no paleontologist, but finding a complete dinosaur skeleton within the soil and not within a layer of rock seems pretty unbelievable.
If it’s a real skeleton, then it looks like a lizard to me (although I can’t think of anything with a neck that long)

It’s a pretty famous fossil I think, of a coelophysis maybe? And they were wayy bigger than that so yeah, definitely shopped
