    5 comments and no military buffs have told us what this is and discounted it for not being as good as ______ because of so and so numbers? What happened to the MCS I once knew?

    They look like Russian Katyusha rocket artillery like a BM-13 on a ZiS-6 truck. Just cant make out the symbol on the door of the truck.
